RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Print on Demand Items
All Print on Demand items are custom-made to order and are NON-RETURNABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE. Please check item descriptions carefully before placing your order, as we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for Print on Demand products.
Subscription Products
All Snail Mail Club subscription purchases are final and non-returnable. Due to the curated nature of our subscription service, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for subscription items once they have been shipped.
If you wish to discontinue your subscription, you may cancel at any time through your customer account to prevent future charges. Cancellations do not provide refunds for the current billing period.
Standard Products
We want you to love your Block21Prints purchase! If you're not completely satisfied with a standard (non-subscription, non-Print on Demand) item, please contact us within 5 of receiving your order to arrange a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- Items must be returned within 5 of delivery
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Original packaging is preferred
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at block21prints@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue through a replacement or refund, even for Print on Demand and subscription items.
How to Request a Return
Contact us at block21prints@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days and credited to your original payment method.
