    Cancellation Terms

    Your Snail Mail Club subscription is month-to-month with no long-term commitment. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

    How to Cancel

    To cancel your subscription, log into your customer account at block21prints.com, navigate to "Subscriptions," select your Snail Mail Club subscription, and click "Cancel subscription." Cancellations take effect immediately.

    Billing After Cancellation

    Once you cancel, you will not be charged for any future subscription periods. However, cancellations do not provide refunds for the current billing period. You will continue to receive your subscription items through the end of your current paid period.

    Pausing Your Subscription

    If you'd like to temporarily stop receiving shipments without canceling, you can pause your subscription through your customer account. Paused subscriptions can be resumed at any time.
