By accessing or using Block21Prints ("we," "us," "our") at block21prints.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our site.

2. USE OF SITE

You may use our site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

3. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

We offer art prints, merchandise, stickers, greeting cards, calendars, gift bundles, and subscription services. Product descriptions, images, and pricing are subject to change without notice. 4. PRINT ON DEMAND PRODUCTS

Certain products are made to order through our Print on Demand service. These items are custom-created for you and are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please review product descriptions carefully before ordering.

5. SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES

Snail Mail Club Subscriptions:

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically each billing cycle
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account
  • Cancellations take effect immediately and stop future billing
  • No refunds are provided for the current billing period
  • Subscription items are non-returnable and non-refundable
  • We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with 30 days' notice

6. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Payment is due at the time of purchase.  All prices are in USD.

7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for detailed information.

8. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete details. In summary:

  • Print on Demand items are non-returnable and non-refundable
  • Subscription items are non-returnable and non-refundable
  • Standard products may be eligible for return within [X days]
  • Damaged or defective items will be replaced or refunded

9. USER ACCOUNTS

You may create an account to manage orders and subscriptions. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this site, including designs, artwork, text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Block21Prints or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
